We are over at P-69-B, on the first floor in New Delhi, zip code 110018. The company is called Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Private Limited. It’s a long name for what is actually a pretty straightforward operation. We work on marketing stuff, but we aren't those flashy types you see on TV. We just have a regular office where we sit and figure out how to help people sell their things. The building is okay, nothing to write home about. It's in a part of Delhi that's always got something going on. We like being on the first floor because we can see what's happening outside on the street. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have some fans that keep us going. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just come in, check our emails, and get to work. Most of us have been here for years, so we’re more like a small family than a corporate team. We have our tea together in the morning and then we dive into whatever tasks are pending. It’s a practical way to work. We don’t use a lot of jargon or big words. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we handle marketing. It’s a simple answer for a job that keeps us busy every day. We don't need things to be complicated. We just focus on the day’s work.
