Our office is down on the ground floor of House No. 384-A in Masjid Moth. Being in South Ex II means it’s always busy outside, but once you step inside, it’s just us working away. Solutions | Digitas isn't some cold office building with a thousand people. We are a smaller group, and we like it that way. The space is a bit tight sometimes, especially when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We’ve got computers everywhere and wires running along the floor in some spots. It’s not a showroom, it’s a workplace. We don’t spend money on expensive art for the walls or anything like that. We’d rather just have good chairs and a decent kettle for tea. People often walk past our windows on their way to the market. We know the rhythms of the neighborhood by heart now. We aren't here to impress anyone with big talk. We just handle the digital stuff and the various tasks that come our way. Every morning starts with a quick check of what needs to happen, and then we just dive in. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is free just takes care of it. It’s a practical way to work. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while and we’ve seen the streets change, but our little ground floor spot stays pretty much the same. It’s home for us.
