Solutions Digitas

We run Solutions Digitas out of Rz 87, which sits right on the edge of New Delhi and Haryana. It’s one of those areas where the city just kind of blends into the next state. The address says 110046, so we are technically on the Delhi side, but it feels like a mix of both. The office is nothing special to look at from the outside, just a door among many others on the street. Inside, it’s a bit of a different story. We have our setup with computers and cables running everywhere. We deal with digital solutions, so there’s always a lot of tech talk happening, but we try to keep it simple. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a HR department or big company retreats. We just go out for a meal together when we finish a big project. The traffic on the main road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to time our arrival and departure to avoid the worst of it. It’s a working-class neighborhood, and we like that. It keeps us focused on the reality of things. We aren't some big agency with a view of the skyline. We just have a view of the street and the local shops. It’s enough for us to get the job done. Sometimes the power flickers but we just get back to it once it's on.
