Sm Consultancy & Placement

Our office is located at S2A, S.No -3, in Shalimar Garden Extension 2. It’s right near the SM World Mall, so it’s easy for people to find us when they are coming from Ghaziabad or other parts of the city. We do consultancy and placement work, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people about jobs. Some people are looking for work, and others are looking for staff to help them out. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls, to be honest. The office in Shalimar Garden is where we sit and go through resumes or meet with folks who stop by. It isn’t always quiet, especially with the mall nearby and all the traffic, but we like the energy of the area. We’ve been here at this address for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the way things move around here. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the people who come to see us. We try to keep things simple and just listen to what someone needs instead of giving them a sales pitch. Sometimes the days feel long when we are trying to match the right person to the right spot, but that’s the nature of placement work. We’re just a small group of people working out of this Ghaziabad spot, trying to make things work for everyone who walks through the door. It takes patience.
