We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist desk. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of where we work. There are files everywhere because we have a lot to keep track of. We are a small team of people who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea in the afternoon. The atmosphere is relaxed, even when we have a lot on our plates. We don't go for any of that corporate polish. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they actually are. We deal with various tasks throughout the day, mostly paperwork and meetings. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s important to the people we help. We try to be honest about how long things take. We don't like making promises we can't keep. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things the right way. We’re usually here until late.
