Indrajit Maitra Associates

We are based over at 173, D.D.A Mangalapuri in New Delhi. It’s a small office in a busy part of the city. Mangalapuri is one of those places where there’s always something happening, people moving, and vehicles honking. Our office is quite simple. We have a couple of desks, some old wooden chairs, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. It’s just a few of us working here. We handle a lot of associate work and consulting, which mostly means a lot of reading and writing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to do it yet. We usually get our lunch from the local shops nearby, and the tea guy knows exactly how much sugar we like. It’s a very local way of working. We don't have any fancy technology or a big board room. When we need to talk about something, we just sit around the main desk and figure it out. It’s honest, straightforward work. People in the building know us, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture. We don’t try to act bigger than we are. We just open up in the morning, do our best for the people we work with, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we do. No bells or whistles, just us working.
