Our office is located at 240, Ashoka Enclave Pt-I, in Sector-34, Faridabad. Sanjeev Agarwal is the one you’ll usually find here managing things. It’s a decent area in Haryana, not too far from the main city but far enough to avoid the worst of the chaos. We focus on design work, which means our desks are often covered in drawings, samples, and different materials. It’s a creative space, but it’s also very functional. We don't have a minimalist office with nothing on the walls. It’s a bit lived-in because we are actually working here every day. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or have long meetings that don't go anywhere. Usually, we just sit down and figure out the design problems we are facing. It’s a small group of us and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't really go out looking for attention. We just do the designs and let the results speak for themselves. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on a tricky project. We’ve got a regular routine of starting early and staying until the job is done. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. We just try to be practical about our designs and make sure they actually make sense for the people using them. It’s a steady way to work and it keeps us busy most of the time.
