Our office is on the ground floor at K-13A, Khirki Extension in Malviya Nagar. It’s a lively part of New Delhi-17, always something going on outside the window. We’ve been here for a while, working on architecture and interior stuff. The space is filled with samples, sketches, and rolls of paper. It’s not a fancy showroom like some places have. We prefer to show people our work through actual drawings and models we make right here on our desks. There are a few of us who work here daily, and we usually have music playing or a lot of chatter going on. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We like being in Malviya Nagar because it has a good energy. We don't really do the corporate thing with titles and meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be designed, and get to it. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, eating takeout and sketching. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with coffee cups and pens everywhere, but that’s just how we work best. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. If you are looking for us, we are the ones usually arguing over a floor plan or looking at fabric swatches. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day. We are just local folks doing design work in a busy neighborhood.
