Showtime Events India Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is at 35, Agroha Kunj in Sector-13, Rohini. We have been here for a while now working on events under Showtime Events India. The office is in a residential complex area, so it’s fairly quiet until we start getting busy with a project. We have a lot of stuff stored here like samples of fabrics and old event banners. It can get a bit cluttered and sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit if we have a lot of gear coming in. The rooms are a bit small and the lighting isn't the best, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to vendors and clients from all over Delhi. There is a small kitchen where we make tea and coffee. The building is a bit older, so the stairs are a bit narrow and the paint is peeling in some places. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small plate with the company name on the door. Most of our work happens out at the event sites, so this is really just our home base for planning and paperwork. We don’t really care about having a flashy office space. We just need a place to coordinate everything and keep our records straight. It’s a lot of hard work and we just try to keep things organized so that everything runs smoothly when the event date arrives.
