Shemaroo Entertainment Pvt.Ltd is set up at C-10 in Sector-41, Noida. Being in UP means we’re just across the way from the main Delhi bustle, but Sector-41 has its own pace. It’s a fairly straightforward office building. We don’t have any massive neon signs or anything flashy on the exterior. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people focused on their screens. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has that lived-in feel to it. There’s always a box of cables somewhere that nobody wants to sort out and a water cooler that gets a lot of traffic. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations about our values or anything. We just get the entertainment work done and move on to the next thing. Noida can get pretty hot in the summer, so we’re always grateful for the fans and the AC. The parking situation can be a bit of a gamble if you get in late, but that’s just how it is in this sector. It’s a solid place to work, and we’ve got a good routine going. No big corporate fluff, just a bunch of people in an office in Noida doing their jobs every day. It’s as simple as that. We just keep our heads down and work.
