Shaadi Station

Shaadi Station is tucked away over at 10091 Ats One Hamlet in Sector 104, Noida. We aren’t some big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us trying to get things right for people’s big days. Living and working in Sector 104 means we are right in the middle of everything. Planning a wedding is a lot of back-and-forth. We spend our mornings on the phone with flower vendors and our afternoons checking on lighting setups. It can get pretty messy in the office with all the fabric samples and guest lists piling up. We try to keep it simple. We know how stressful things get for families, so we just try to be the calm hands in the background. Sometimes a vendor is late or the weather doesn't behave, and we have to scramble. That is just part of the life here. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that a lot of things don’t go exactly as planned, but they turn out okay in the end anyway. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just sit down with people, listen to what they need, and then we go out and try to make it happen. It’s a lot of walking, a lot of talking, and staying up late to make sure the chairs are in the right spot for the ceremony.
