Serum Marketing & Communication Services is tucked away at 867, Pocket D. This is in Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095. We are in a residential pocket, so it’s much quieter than the main roads. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a working space. It gives the whole place a very relaxed feeling. We handle marketing and communication stuff, but you wouldn't know it from the outside. There’s no big neon sign or anything. Inside, we have three rooms where we keep our computers and files. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in, but we’re a small team, so it’s fine. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to take phone calls. Dilshad Garden is a nice place to be based. It’s got a lot of parks and the neighbors are friendly. We’ve been here for a while and have no plans to move. Our office isn't polished or corporate at all. The floor tiles are a bit chipped and the furniture is a mix of different styles. We don't care much about that as long as the work gets done. It’s an honest, simple business. We spend our days talking to clients and working on campaigns. We like the quiet pace of the neighborhood. It’s just a normal office where real people work hard every day. Sometimes we share a meal together in the afternoon when things are a bit slow.
