If you are looking for Select Group, you will find us over in New Delhi 19. We don’t have a fancy name for our building or some big billboard on the main road. We’ve been operating out of this area for years and most people around here just know us by name now. It’s a bit of a mix of residential and small businesses, which suits us just fine. We aren't the type of people who like the high-rise office life. We prefer being on the ground where we can see what’s happening in the street. Our office is pretty basic. We have the usual stuff—desks, a small pantry that always smells like ginger tea, and piles of papers that we eventually get through. It’s not always silent; you can hear the kids playing outside or the vegetable vendors calling out their prices. That’s just life in Delhi-19. We work hard, sometimes late into the evening, but we don’t make a big fuss about it. We’re just a group of people who decided to build something together in our own corner of the city. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people because it’s unnecessary. We just tell it like it is. If things go wrong, we fix them. If things go right, we move on to the next task. It’s a plain way of living, but it works for us and the people who know us well.
