RSMS ARCHITECTS PVT. LTD is based in Madangiri. We are on the first floor of building 92-A, in unit F-7. Madangiri is a busy part of New Delhi, so there is always noise from the street coming up through the windows. Our office is a straightforward place where we get the work done. We do architectural drawings and planning for various clients. We have been in this location for a while now and we know the area well. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We often have tea together while we discuss a project or look over a tricky floor plan. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait to send files, which is annoying. We work with different builders and contractors across the city. Most of our day is spent making sure the numbers add up and the lines are straight. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people hear about us from someone else. It's a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we're better than anyone else. If you come up to the first floor, you'll see our door. It's usually open during the day. We stay until the work is finished, however long that takes. We have stacks of maps and old site photos piled up everywhere. Sometimes we forget where we put the stapler.
