We’ve been here at B.Q-77 in Shalimar Bagh for a while now. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and our office is usually full of papers and people talking on phones. We handle media and communication stuff. It’s not always glamorous, honestly. Some days it’s just sorting out files or trying to get a printer to work while we coordinate with people across the city. The traffic near the Shalimar Bagh metro station can be a real headache in the mornings, but we make it in. Our space is functional, nothing too fancy. We’ve got a couple of desks, some old chairs, and a lot of coffee cups lying around. People come in and out, usually in a hurry. We just try to get the work done right without making a big deal out of it. Most of us have lived in Delhi all our lives, so we know how things work here. You won't find any shiny reception desks or corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just us working through our list of things to do. Sometimes we order lunch from the local shops nearby when we’re too busy to go out. It’s a simple setup where we focus on the tasks at hand. We don't spend much time on long meetings about goals; we just look at what needs to be finished by the end of the day and do it. It’s how things go at Royal Crest Media.
