Routes India Research Management operates out of 81 Ashoka Enclave in Faridabad. We are specifically in Sector 35, and we are quite close to Ashoka Memorial Public School. It is a relatively quiet residential and commercial mix around here. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle a lot of data and project coordination. It’s mostly desks, computers, and files everywhere you look. We aren't really the type of place that has a big reception or fancy decor. It is a work-focused environment where the staff just gets on with their tasks. Being near the school means we see the morning and afternoon rush of parents and kids, which defines the rhythm of our day. We spend a lot of time on research and managing different projects that come our way. It involves a lot of reading and checking facts. Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, but it’s the nature of the work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just focus on the assignments we have on our desks. The office is our base where we try to keep everything organized amidst all the information we deal with. It’s a small operation but we keep busy enough. Most people in the enclave know us as the quiet office down the road. We just keep our heads down and do the management work required to keep things moving.
