Riz Media Divn Of Media Marshal

Our office is located at M-154 in Ashiana Colony, just off Kanpur Road in Lucknow. It’s a residential sort of area, so it feels a lot more relaxed than being in the middle of a commercial district. Riz Media, which is part of Media Marshal, operates out of this house. We’ve converted a few of the rooms into workspaces. It’s got a bit of a homey feel because of that. We have a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win in the summer. Inside, the floors are tiled and it stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. We don't have a big reception area; usually, you just walk into the main room and someone will look up from their computer to say hello. We have a lot of books and old magazines stacked up in the corners. The kitchen is where we spend a lot of time making tea and talking about what needs to be done next. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have those fancy automated systems for everything. A lot of our planning is still done on a big whiteboard that’s hard to erase. It’s a simple way of working, but it suits us. The neighborhood is quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We like being based here in Ashiana. It’s a good place for us to keep things moving without all the stress of a big city office. Just simple and steady.
