Our office is located at A-95 in Sector-4, Noida. If you know the 201301 area, you know it is mostly full of blocks and office buildings that all look pretty similar. We have been here for a while now, dealing with human resources and helping people find work. It is a straightforward operation. We have some desks, a few chairs for people coming in for interviews, and cabinets full of resumes and folders. The air conditioning is a bit old and makes a humming sound, but it keeps the heat away during the Noida summers. We see a lot of different people coming through our doors every day. Some are looking for their first job, and others are just looking for a change. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away at the computers. There is a small tea shop nearby where we usually go for our breaks. It is a very normal, practical workplace. We do not have any big signs or fancy decorations in the lobby. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep everything organized. The staff is a small group of people who just want to get through the day's work and go home to their families. It is a steady environment without much drama or corporate fluff. We just do the work as it comes.
