Radhey Krishna Arts

You can find us at B - 1/10 in Brijpuri. This is where Radhey Krishna Arts happens. It’s not a big gallery or a fancy studio. It’s just a small shop where we work on different kinds of art and signs. Most of our days are spent with paint or ink. The floor usually has some stains on it, but that’s just part of the job. Brijpuri is a busy place, and there’s always someone walking by our door. We do a lot of local work for the shops around here. Sometimes it’s a hand-painted sign and other times it’s something more modern. We have a few brushes that have seen better days but we can't bring ourselves to throw them out. There’s a specific smell of paint and thinners in the air here. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle a brush. We keep the door open most of the time so we can see what’s going on in the street. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to be world-famous or anything. We just want to make things that look decent for the people in our community. Every piece we finish feels like a little win. We just take it one day at a time, working with our hands in this small space. We hope to keep the shop going for a long time because Brijpuri is where we belong.
