R2S Events Inc.

R2S Events Inc. is based out of a flat in Ayurvigyan Nagar. Specifically, we are at Flat No. 386, Type-Iii. It is a quiet residential area in New Delhi, which makes for a calm place to plan things before the chaos of an actual event starts. New Delhi is always moving, but inside our office, it is mostly just us on our laptops or talking on the phone with vendors. We spend a lot of time coordinating schedules and making sure trucks arrive where they are supposed to. Planning events involves a lot of lists and checking them twice. Sometimes the living room area is filled with decorations or boxes that need to go to a venue the next morning. It can get pretty cramped when we have a big project coming up. We have been at this address for a bit now and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. Being in South Delhi helps because we are close to many of the places where things happen. We do not have a big neon sign or anything like that. It is just a regular flat where the work gets done. There is always a pot of coffee going and someone is usually arguing with a caterer on the phone. It is not glamorous work, mostly just logistics and making sure people show up on time. We take it one day at a time here in the 110049 area.
