Prognosys E Services Pvt. Ltd

We operate out of A4/120 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area of Delhi, which makes coming to work at Prognosys E Services Pvt. Ltd feel a bit more relaxed than going into a big commercial hub. Our office is pretty straightforward. We’ve got our computers, a small area for breaks, and not much else in terms of decoration. We’re more focused on the screens and the tasks at hand. It’s an "e-services" place, so there’s always a lot of clicking and typing going on. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry too much about having a perfect lobby or fancy furniture. We just want things to work. If a computer breaks, we fix it ourselves. If someone needs help with a project, we just lean over and talk to them. There aren't many formal meetings here. We find that just talking while we work is much more efficient. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. Sometimes we go out for a walk during lunch just to stretch our legs and get some air. We aren't a global giant with thousands of employees. We’re just a small crew in Paschim Vihar trying to keep up with the work and do it right. It’s a decent way to earn a living, and we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We don't need any slogans to tell us what to do.
