Prime Events Expo

We are located in Kalkaji. If you know South Delhi, you know how busy and lively it is around here. Prime Events Expo runs out of this neighborhood, which makes it easy to get to different parts of the city. We don’t have a huge, sprawling office complex. It’s a modest space where we keep our files, laptops, and event planning materials. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors on the phone or sitting at the table trying to figure out logistics for upcoming expos. Kalkaji has a certain vibe to it, and we are right in the middle of it. The office isn't decorated with fancy awards or anything; it’s mostly just shelves of binders and boxes of samples. We drink our coffee, look at floor plans, and try to make sure we haven't missed any details. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets a bit stressful, especially when deadlines are close. We don’t have a formal dress code here. You’ll usually find us in something comfortable because we are constantly moving around. The local markets are nearby, so we often head out for lunch or to pick up supplies we forgot. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny facade. We just want to make sure the work is handled properly from our little spot in Kalkaji. It’s been our base for a while now, and we just keep at it every single day without any fuss.
