Plan Media Private Limited is based right here in New Delhi. We do not have some massive, shiny billboard or a fancy high-rise office. We are just a group of people working together in a regular space in the city. New Delhi is a big, fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with it as best as we can every single day. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have desks, computers, and honestly, way too many tangled wires under the tables. It is a media company, so things change quickly, and we really have to stay on our toes to keep everything moving. We do not really go for those fancy titles or the visionary talk you hear in some of the bigger agencies. We just come in, do the media work, and go home to our families. Some days we stay late because there is just a lot to finish, but that is just how the job goes. It is not always glamorous or exciting. Sometimes the internet acts up or the Delhi heat is just too much, but we just keep going anyway. We have been in the city for some time now and we have seen how the industry shifts around. At Plan Media, we just try to be practical. We talk to each other like normal people, not like we are reading from a corporate handbook. We are just trying to do our jobs well and keep things simple.
