Pioneer Organization is located in a flat in Shakarpur. It’s Flat No -4 at S-563. Being in Shakarpur means we are right in the middle of a very busy and crowded part of New Delhi. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office feels more like a home than a typical corporate headquarters. We are technically a division of the Cobra Group from the UK, but on the ground here, it’s just a regular small office setup. There’s no big sign out front or a fancy lobby, just the flat number on the door. Inside, we’ve converted the different rooms into workspaces for the team. It’s a bit cozy, especially when we have everyone in at the same time and the phones are all ringing. We spend a lot of time on the phones or planning out what needs to happen next. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which seems to happen more often than we’d like. We don’t have fancy furniture, designer lights, or a break room with a pool table. We just have a small kitchen area where we take turns making tea and coffee. The windows look out over the busy street and you can see people going about their daily business all day long. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We focus on getting the daily tasks done without making much of a fuss about anything. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the horns and traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while.
