We are based on the second floor of B-48 in Defence Colony. If you know New Delhi, you know Def Col has its own specific vibe. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s where all the ideas for Peppermint Entertainment come together. It’s usually a bit of a mess, with posters on the walls and snacks on the desks. We aren't the type of company that insists on everyone wearing a tie. In fact, most of us show up in jeans and t-shirts. The entertainment business is unpredictable, so our days are never quite the same. Some days we are just sitting around brainstorming, and other days we are out on the streets of Delhi. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the creaks in the stairs and the way the light hits the rooms in the afternoon. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't talk about excellence or innovation in those big corporate ways. We just talk about what project is next and how we’re going to get it done. The local market is just a short walk away, which is great for when we need to clear our heads or grab a quick coffee with the team. It’s just a group of people doing what they enjoy in a nice part of town, without any extra fuss or corporate layers.
