Our office is located at A 1220, on the first floor in Gdf Colony. This is in Mayur Vihar Phase 3, Dehli 96. We are Patel Parcel Services Pvt Ltd. Like the name says, we handle parcels and moving things around. It is a busy job. There is always someone coming in or out with a package. Being on the first floor helps a bit with the noise from the street, but not much. Mayur Vihar Phase 3 is a crowded area with lots of small businesses and houses packed together. We have been here for a good amount of time. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some scales, a lot of tape, and boxes everywhere. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign in the colony. We handle all sorts of deliveries. Some days are slow, but most of the time we are rushing to get things sent out on time. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know the routes well. We don't wear uniforms or have a big corporate manual. We just try to make sure your stuff gets where it needs to go without any trouble. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it at this same spot for years. We just keep the boxes moving day in and day out.
