Parkash Tents & Production

Parkash Tents & Production is based in New Colony, Gurgaon. We are at Sco 7, which is just a short walk from the local Post Office. Being in this part of Gurgaon is quite different from the high-rise office areas. It’s a bit more traditional here. Our space is mostly taken up by heavy poles, folded tents, and big rolls of carpeting. It’s a lot of physical work, moving all that gear around. We usually have a crew coming in and out at dawn or late at night. The office part is just a small room with a couple of chairs and a wooden desk where we keep the ledger. It’s definitely not a fancy corporate environment. We focus more on the logistics of getting everything to the site on time. The heat in Gurgaon during the summer can make the work pretty tough, but we are used to it by now. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of the fabrics and making sure the lighting equipment is stored safely. We’ve been in New Colony for a long time, so we know most of the people around the post office area. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use much technology besides our phones to coordinate the trucks. It’s just about having the right stuff ready when a customer needs it for their function. Usually, we are just happy when a job is done and the truck is back.
