Oxigen (India Prepaid Services)

I’m writing this from our small setup at Mig-199 in Sector-12 Dwarka. Most days here are just about keeping up with the prepaid recharges and the various digital services folks in the neighborhood need. It's a DDA pocket, so it gets quite busy around the evenings when people are coming home from work and realize they need to get their phones sorted or pay a bill. We’ve been at this spot in Pocket-8 for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some computers, and a lot of wires. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is ironic for a place doing online services, but we manage. People know Bhuvan here, and they just drop by. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in Gurgaon. We deal with real problems, like someone’s payment getting stuck or helping an older neighbor understand how the new app works. The stairs up to the flat can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy stuff, but you get used to it. My desk faces the window, so I watch the kids playing in the park outside while I wait for the next person to walk in.
