Octan Media Pvt Ltd is based at H13/17B on Rathiya Marg in Sangam Vihar. If you have ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know how crowded and lively the streets are. Our office reflects that energy. It is a compact space where every inch is used for something. We have got desks squeezed in and shelves filled with equipment and documents. It is not really a place for someone who likes a lot of personal space. We are right in the middle of a very busy neighborhood, so there is always something happening outside our door. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking. We don't have a fancy break room; we just eat at our desks or head out to one of the local food spots nearby. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we have been too busy with work to actually get around to it. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment for us. We handle media work, which means some days are just endless emails and other days are full of quick meetings. We do not have a big corporate structure. Everyone knows everyone here. It is a bit of a climb to get up to the office, and the stairs are quite narrow. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished by the end of the day. That is just how we operate here in Sangam Vihar.
