Nextgen Publishing Ltd (A Forbes Group)

Nextgen Publishing Ltd is based in E 101, Arya Appts, right in Sector 15 Rohini. It’s not your typical high-rise office. We’re in a residential building, which makes the morning commute for some of our staff pretty easy since they live just blocks away. Being part of the Forbes Group sounds very fancy, but our day-to-day is actually quite grounded. The office is usually overflowing with manuscripts, proofs, and old magazines stacked against the walls. We don't have a big reception area, so visitors usually just walk right into the middle of the work. Delhi 85 can get quite noisy, but inside the apartment, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional loud debate over a page layout. We’ve been here for years and have grown attached to the small balcony where we take our breaks. The local tea seller knows exactly how we like our chai, and he delivers to us twice a day. We don't bother with corporate uniforms or strict hierarchies. It’s more about getting the publishing work done and meeting our deadlines. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next issue we are putting out. It’s a tight-knit group of people who just happen to work in a quiet corner of Rohini. We try to keep the space organized, but with so many papers, it’s a constant battle. That’s just how it is for us.
