We are tucked away in Khirki Extension, specifically at Flat 1 in Jd 17/4. If you know Malviya Nagar, you know it’s a busy part of New Delhi with lots of people coming and going. Our office is a bit hidden, but it works for us. We spend our time figuring out ways to keep customers coming back for the businesses we work with. It's a lot of data entry and thinking about what makes people happy. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of staff. It's just a handful of us sitting around desks, drinking too much chai and staring at computer screens. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just have to wait it out. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the filing cabinet is definitely overflowing. But the work gets done. We've been in the 110017 area for a while now. We know the local food spots for lunch and the guys at the corner shop. It feels more like a workshop than a sleek office. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just handle the points, the rewards, and the mailers that people get in their inbox. It’s steady work. We like the challenge of making things run smooth for everyone involved. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do here in this little flat in Khirki. We just keep at it.
