The place where we work is at 3/2 Railway Colony, right on Lodhi Road in New Delhi. It’s an interesting spot because of the history of the area and the old buildings around here. We’ve been based in this colony for quite a while now. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. It’s more of a traditional space that feels a bit more like home than a workplace. We work in media, so there is always a lot going on. The rooms are usually filled with stacks of papers and people talking about the latest news stories. Lodhi Road is a busy part of Delhi, but our little corner in the Railway Colony is somewhat peaceful most of the time. We have a small staff and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We don't use a lot of fancy management talk or have big meetings. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and get them done. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones stop working, but that’s just part of life in Delhi. We aren't trying to be some massive media empire. We’re just a group of people putting out information and doing our best. There’s no big polished corporate image here. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of hard work. We like being in this part of the city. It has a lot of character. If you’re ever around Lodhi Road, you’ll find us tucked away in the colony, just doing our daily rounds and working.
