Mystery Shopping Services

We are tucked away in Khirki Extension, right in Malviya Nagar. It is just a regular flat, number 17 in the Jg block, where a small group of us works every day. Most days involve us coordinating with people who go out to different shops across the city. We don’t really have a fancy lobby or anything like that here. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls going back and forth. People come in to pick up their assignments or drop off reports after they’ve visited a store or a restaurant. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for quite a while now. The neighborhood is always busy and a bit loud, which kind of fits what we do. It’s about seeing how things actually work when a manager isn't looking. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and reading through what shoppers wrote about their lunch or their shopping trip. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work with the space we have. There isn’t much to the place except the work itself and a small kettle for tea. We try to keep things straightforward and honest around here. If someone asks where we are, we just tell them to look for the Jg block near the main market. It’s a quiet enough spot for getting the final reports finished. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping track of how businesses treat their customers on a daily basis without any sugarcoating.
