We run Mm Activ Science - Tech Event Mnagment Comapny from F-13/15 in Krishna Nagar. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we mostly just focus on the science and tech events. Krishna Nagar is a really crowded area, so getting gear in and out of the office can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or on laptops planning out schedules and talking to vendors. The office is filled with old event badges, brochures, and bits of signage from past shows we’ve worked on. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just know that events have a lot of moving parts and someone needs to keep track of them. When a big science fair or a tech conference is coming up, the office gets pretty hectic, and we end up staying late. The walls are thin, so we hear the street noise all day, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be the flashiest event planners in India. We just take the projects, organize the logistics, and try to make sure everything shows up at the venue on time. It’s mostly about lists and phone calls and making sure the tech stuff actually works when it’s supposed to. We just get it done.
