We’re over at Mb, 95 C in New Delhi. It’s one of those addresses that people sometimes have trouble finding the first time they visit. Medley Entertainment Pvt. Ltd is tucked away here, and it’s a pretty lively place once you get inside. We have posters from old projects taped to the walls, some of them are starting to peel at the edges. The office is always full of noise, whether it's music or just people talking over each other. It’s not the most organized place in the world. There are piles of cables and old monitors in the storage room that we really should sort through one day. But we’re usually too busy with the current work to worry about the old stuff. We’ve got a couple of sofas that have seen better days, but they’re good for a quick nap when we’ve been working through the night. The kitchen is tiny, barely enough room for two people to stand in, but the coffee machine works most of the time. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they can. Sometimes the landlord stops by to complain about the noise, but we try to keep it down. It’s a bit cramped, especially when everyone is in at the same time, but it’s our space. We’ve been here for years and know all the quirks of the building, like which window sticks when it rains. It's just home to us.
