We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just an old kettle that we use for making tea throughout the long day. People who come to visit us usually comment on how lived-in the place feels. We think that’s a good thing. It shows we actually work here instead of just sitting around looking important. The traffic in Delhi is always a topic of conversation when someone arrives late. We just get on with the jobs we have to do. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on finishing the work rather than how the office looks. We are just regular people making a living in a busy city and trying to keep things moving.
