Mccann Worldgroup - Delhi

Mccann Worldgroup - Delhi is based out of B146/8 Om Nagar in the Mithapur area. It’s New Delhi-19, but it feels a bit different from the shiny parts of the city. We have been here for a while, working out of this space. It’s not about having the most modern furniture or a gym in the basement. We have desks, chairs, and enough computers to get the tasks done. People come in from different parts of the city every morning, and the first thing we do is check the list of things to finish. Mithapur can be a bit crowded, but you get used to the pace after a week or two. Our office isn't trying to impress anyone with big signs. We just do our work and go home. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the AC needs a bit of a kick to start, but we manage. There is a lot of chatter during lunch, mostly about local news or what everyone brought to eat. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just know what needs to happen by the end of the day. The building is sturdy and old-fashioned. We like it that way because it feels real. It’s a workplace where things actually get made and handled without all the extra fluff you see in magazines. It’s just Om Nagar, and it’s just us working through the piles of work.
