We spend most of our time here at No-2354 in Chatta Shahji, which is right in the middle of the Chawri Bazaar chaos. If you know the area, you know how loud it gets with all the carts and people moving about. We are located near the Shiv Murti Mazi Mandir, so that helps people find us when they get lost in the narrow lanes. Our day starts early, usually when the shutters go up and we start checking what needs to go out for delivery. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place with high ceilings and a lot of dust from the street. Some days are just slow, sitting under the fan waiting for a delivery truck to navigate the narrow turns of the bazaar. We handle all sorts of traders and locals who come by. It gets really hot in the summer months, especially in these old buildings where the air doesn't move much at all. We’ve been at this spot for a long while now. It’s mostly just us keeping track of the inventory and making sure the orders don't get mixed up. People drop in for a quick word or a cup of tea while the loading happens outside. The neighborhood hasn't changed much over the years, though the traffic seems to get worse every week. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
