We are based in the Kasturba Niketan Complex in Lajpat Nagar-Ii, specifically at N-8. This is Maverick Marketing (Unit Altius Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. The complex is an older part of New Delhi and it has a very specific feel to it. It’s not like the new business parks in Noida or Gurgaon. It’s a bit more weathered. We have a modest office space here where we manage different marketing projects. It’s often a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork. We spend our time calling clients and trying to organize promotions. Lajpat Nagar is a great area because the market is so close, but it also means the streets are always jammed with people. We usually get our lunch from one of the many stalls nearby. The office itself is just a few rooms with basic desks and chairs. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door. The team is small and we all know each other's habits. We don't really do formal presentations here; it’s more about sitting around a desk and figuring things out. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve learned to ignore it. It’s just a normal workplace where we get on with the job. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and a lot of tea to keep us going through the afternoon while the busy market outside carries on.
