Matrix Cellular Services

We are based at C-97 in Sector-40, Noida. The pin code is 201301 if you’re looking us up on a map. Matrix Cellular Services is just what it sounds like, we deal with mobile and cellular stuff. Our office is a white building that looks like many others in this part of Sector-40. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and a small storage area for SIM cards and devices. Noida can get really hot in the summer, so our AC is usually running at full blast, which makes it the most popular place to be for all of us. We aren't much for fancy decorations or those motivational posters you see in big companies. We have a calendar on the wall and some stacks of files that probably need sorting eventually. People come in and out all day, mostly staff and sometimes a few couriers dropping off packages. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the cellular services are working for the people who need them. Most of us take our breaks at the same time and sit around the small table in the back with our lunch boxes. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, away from the really noisy main roads. It feels like a normal workplace where people just do their jobs without a lot of fuss or unnecessary meetings.
