We operate out of B-330 in Sarojini Nagar. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi, and being here keeps us close to the action. Mark Promotional Solutions is basically about helping businesses get their names out there with various items and setups. We don’t have a big, glossy showroom or anything like that. Our space is more of a working office where we figure out the best ways to handle promotions. We’ve been in the Sarojini Nagar neighborhood for some time, so we know the local rhythm well. Most of the time, we’re dealing with vendors or checking on production runs. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure the logos look right and the stuff arrives on time. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of buzzwords. If a business needs something for a giveaway or a local display, we just look at what's possible and give them a straight answer. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and prototypes. We're just regular people trying to do a decent job for our clients. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, but we manage.
