We operate out of Shahdara in Delhi, at House Number G112 in Balbir Nagar Extension. It’s a typical Delhi residential street, which is where we like to be. We do event planning and management from here. Our office is basically a part of the house, so there’s always a very personal feel to it. You might hear the local street vendors or the neighbors talking while we’re working. We don't have a big fancy warehouse or a suite in a business park. We keep our equipment and our files right here. It’s a lot of manual work—checking lists, calling vendors, and making sure everything is packed for the next event. Being in Shahdara means we are close to our roots. We know the local markets and the people who provide the supplies we need. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings about vision statements. We just talk about what needs to be done for the next party or function. It’s practical and it’s real. Sometimes things are a bit messy, especially when we’re in the middle of a big project, but that’s the reality of event work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the jobs get done right and everyone is happy at the end of the day. Our door is usually open and there is always someone around to answer the phone or sort through some decoration samples.
