Mach Conferences & Events

Our office is on the first floor at 345 Indra Vihar in Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the students and shops around. Mach Conferences & Events is basically about planning things. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails to coordinate venues and speakers. It gets pretty hectic when an event is coming up soon. You’ll see us running around with clipboards and looking at floor plans. The office itself is often filled with boxes of brochures or banners waiting to be moved. We don’t have a lot of extra space, but we make it work. Indra Vihar is a good location because it’s easy for people to find us. We aren’t some giant corporate event firm with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller team that knows how to get things organized. Sometimes things go wrong, like a caterer being late or a microphone not working, and we have to fix it fast. That’s just how the event world is. We’ve been at this 110009 zip code for a while. We know the local vendors and which tea stall has the best snacks. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing a room full of people at a conference makes it feel like we did something useful. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next project on the calendar. There is always something new to plan for next week.
