The office itself is more of a storage and planning hub than a place for fancy meetings. We deal with everything that goes into making an event happen. That means a lot of talk about stages, wires, sound systems, and timing. It’s a messy business sometimes, with stuff being moved in and out of the doors constantly. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in New Delhi, just one that actually answers the phone and shows up on time when it matters. Working on Minto Road puts us right in the thick of things. The office is usually cluttered with folders and layout prints for different venues. We don't have a polished receptionist or a lobby with free water and magazines. It is just a bunch of people who know how to put a show together. Some days are incredibly long, especially when there’s a big setup starting at dawn and ending late at night. We take it one day at a time and try to keep our gear in good shape. It’s a practical job that requires a lot of coordination and a bit of luck with the weather. We just like getting things done without too much fuss or extra talk.
