Launchpad Media Solutions Pvt Ltd operates out of G 26 in Sidharth Enclave, New Delhi. It’s a decent area, relatively quiet compared to some other parts of the city, which helps when we are trying to focus on media projects. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees and a fancy HR department. Instead, we are a small group of people who enjoy working on digital and media stuff together. The office feels more like a home than a corporate building, probably because of how we have it set up. We have our computers arranged on mismatched desks, a few uncomfortable chairs, and usually some half-empty water bottles lying around from the morning meetings. We don't have a dress code here; people just wear what’s comfortable and get to work on their laptops. Most days involve a lot of screen time and occasional arguments about which design looks better or why a video isn't rendering. Sidharth Enclave is a nice spot because it’s easy to get to, though the traffic near the main road can be a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and have grown fond of the local snack shops around the corner. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk like regular people and try to finish our work on time so we can go home. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
