You’ll find Krishna Disposable at Shakarpur Genen Nagar Wa 39. We deal in all kinds of disposable items like paper plates, plastic cups, and wooden spoons. The shop is basically a big warehouse full of tall stacks of cardboard boxes. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we try to fit as much stock as possible into the space. When a big order comes in, we have to move half the stuff around just to get to the right boxes at the back of the room. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying every day. The street outside is narrow, so when the delivery truck arrives, it usually blocks everything for a few minutes while we unload. We’ve been here for a while and most of the local caterers and small food stalls know to come to us when they run out of supplies. It’s a simple business. We don’t have a fancy display; we just show people what’s in the boxes if they want to see the quality. The air is always a bit dusty from all the cardboard being moved around. I spend my day keeping track of what’s going out and what we need to order more of from the factory. Sometimes we have a few bent boxes that we sell for a bit less. It’s just me and one other guy helping with the loading. We stay busy enough throughout the year.
