Kingsmenfairtech Int. P Ltd. is based at 636/12 in Zakir Nagar, which is right in the Okhla area of New Delhi. It’s a very busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. We’ve been here for a while now, working out of a space that’s mostly filled with desks and equipment. It’s not a polished or fancy environment, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. We handle a lot of technical and fair-related work, which means there’s always something being planned or built. Our team is small, so we all know each other well and don’t really bother with formal meetings. We just shout across the room when we need something. The streets around Zakir Nagar are always full of people and noise, which we’ve grown to appreciate over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone and coordinating with different people to make sure things get finished. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to get through our projects and make sure everything is handled. We take our breaks at the local stalls nearby and then get back to it. It’s a very grounded way of working. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just keep our focus on the tasks we have.
