We are located at D-491 in West Vinod Nagar, which is a busy part of Delhi. Kidstuff Promos & Events has been operating from this spot for a while. Our office is often filled with boxes, banners, and leftovers from various events we’ve worked on. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when a big project is coming up. We don’t have a sleek showroom or a minimalist lobby. Instead, you’ll find rolls of tape, samples of promotional items, and a few desks tucked into the corners. The atmosphere is usually a bit rushed because events always have tight schedules. Someone is usually on the phone negotiating with a supplier or checking on a delivery truck. West Vinod Nagar is a real neighborhood, so we see the same people every day at the tea shop or the stationery store. We handle the logistics and the planning without making a big deal about it. It’s just about making sure things show up where they are supposed to. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Delhi. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just one that gets the job done. Our team is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to packing boxes. It is practical work for practical people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty with the setup.
