Jagran Engage (Dainik Jagran Group)

Jagran Engage is part of the Dainik Jagran Group, and we are based out of the Noida area in the Delhi NCR. We don't really have one single fancy office building where we all sit. Our work is mostly out there on the streets, dealing with outdoor signs and advertisements. We spend a lot of time traveling between different spots in Noida and Delhi. It’s a lot of physical work, checking if the boards are up correctly and if everything looks the way it should. The weather out here can be really tough, especially in the summer, but we still have to get the job done. We aren't into using a lot of marketing talk or making ourselves sound more important than we are. We are just the people who make sure the ads are visible to everyone driving by. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking on schedules. Noida is growing so fast that there is always a new place to put up a sign. We’ve been at this for many years now and we know the area pretty well. We just try to be honest about what we can do and keep things moving. It isn't always smooth, and sometimes we have delays because of the traffic or the rain, but we just keep going. We are a practical team doing a practical job in a busy city.
