International Conference & Exhibition Services

We are based in the LIG Flats in Kalkaji, specifically at L-1/166 B. International Conference & Exhibition Services is the name on our door, though most people just know us as the folks who do the event stuff. Being in a residential area like Kalkaji means we see the same neighbors every day and the local market is just a short walk away. The office is really just a flat that we converted so we could have a place to work. It’s full of old files, binders, and boxes from previous exhibitions we’ve handled. New Delhi is a huge city, but working out of Kalkaji makes it feel a bit smaller and more manageable. We spend our days on the phone or on the computer, trying to get conferences organized. It’s a lot of logistical work, which can be pretty dry, but someone has to do it. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the air conditioner is a bit loud, but it’s our space. We don't go in for all that professional polish you see in the big agencies. We just give people the information they need and try to stay on top of our schedules. If you’re looking for L-1/166 B, it’s one of the standard flats in the block. We’re usually there from morning until late.
